Essquares was conceived by a team of seasoned and like-minded professionals, each with a highly focused exposure in his respective industry segment. The primary objective of this association was to share the knowledge gained over FIVE DECADES of combined experience with Corporates, SME’s, Institutions and Business Schools.

R.Seshadrinathan

A Mechanical Engineer with a Post Graduate in Marketing Management. Over 27 years of Industrial experience split between Automotive, Engineering and Information Technology. Started his work experience with Ashok Leyland as a production Engineer and after 4 years moved on to make Marketing as his a career with Sandvik Coromant, world leader in the Metal Cutting Industry. Commitment and Creativity led to his rapid growth taking him to leadership positions at a very early age. Moved on to the Knowledge Economy space after a 14 year stint in the Engineering industry to market concepts. Conceived and nurtured a startup in the IT industry and was responsible for bringing in Fortune 500 companies as early customers. M.Srinivasan

A Post Graduate in Manufacturing Engineering and also in Management with over 25 years of experience in Manufacturing, Process Planning and Industrial Marketing. Started his Marketing career with Addison, a part of the Amalgamations group. Moved on to Guhring GMBH, a niche player in the cutting tool industry to assume the lead role in establishing the operations of the company in South India.
